Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. All our product images are taken from the actual items to ensure what you see is what you receive. We make every effort to represent colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but the overall design and quality remain exactly as shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, a detailed sales receipt will be sent to your email automatically. You can also view and download it anytime by logging into your account and checking the Order History section.

If you made a purchase as a guest, simply refer to the confirmation email you received — it includes your full order details and receipt.

How can I return an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it within our return period. Simply go to the Returns section on our website, fill out the return request form, and follow the instructions provided.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping details by email. Please make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

After we receive and inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock popular items whenever possible. Some designs are part of limited collections, while others may return based on demand.

If an item you love is currently out of stock, you can click the “Notify Me” button (if available) to receive an email as soon as it’s restocked. You can also check back regularly — new arrivals and restocks are updated frequently.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to most locations nationwide and to selected international destinations. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm if delivery is available in your area.

All orders are shipped securely to the address you provide at checkout. If you’d like to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist before your package is dispatched.
